A development project on the land plot used by VIKA Center building.
The project provides for construction of the new apartment or residential building. The total building area will be approximately 40 000 square meters.


APARTMENT COMPLEX WHITE SQUARE

The owners of the building located at 13, 4-th Lesnoy lane, assigned Investment Group VIKA to extend the existing land plot, approve the documents with city administration and construct new apartment complex total area 7 000 square meters.

The portfolio of projects was extended by 3 new projects in Moscow:
1. Industrial building located at: 13, 4-th Lesnoy lane, Moscow (Belorusskaya metro station) totaling 1 364 sqm. After reconstruction in 2002 for class “C” office building it was rented until demolished in 2006 for construction of new office center.

2. Industrial building located at: 7/2, 1-st Zemelny lane, Moscow (1905 goda metro station) totaling 1 634 sqm. After reconstruction in 2002 for class “C” office building it was rented until demolished in 2008 for construction of new office-hotel center.

3. Industrial building located at: 9 bld.2, 2-nd Horoshevsky pass, Moscow (Begovaya metro station) totaling 4 889.5 sqm. After reconstruction in 2002 for class “B+” office building it was rented, and is still in operation.

Reconstruction project of old hostel building nearby “Sportivnaya” metro station, totaling near 700 sqm for class “B” office center. The building was sold.

Land development cottage settlement project nearby Istrinskoe res. In Moscow Region totaling 11.4 Ha. After the development was complete, the project was sold.

Land development project of cottage settlement nearby Pestovskoe res. In Moscow Region totaling 10.5 Ha. At present the vast majority of premises are already sold.

Class “A” office building located at 13, 4-th Lesnoy lane, Moscow (Belorusskaya metro station) totaling 6 225 sqm was sold as going business project.
Land development project of cottage settlement nearby Pestovskoe res. In Moscow Region totaling 10.5 Ha. After the development was complete, the project was sold.

The acquisition of private residential project nearby Okhotny Ryad metro station. The completion in scheduled for 2022.
Проект по девелопменту земельного участка на 2-й линии Истринского водохранилища в Истринском районе Подмосковья под строительство коттеджного поселка площадью 11,4 га. После проведения работ по девелопменту участок был успешно реализован.

Проект по девелопменту коттеджной застройки на земельном участке на 2-й линии Пестовского водохранилища в Пушкинском районе Подмосковья площадью 10,5 га. В настоящее время коттеджный поселок находится на завершающей стадии реализации домов.
Здание бизнес-центра класса «А», расположенное по адресу: г. Москва, 4-й Лесной переулок, д.13 рядом со ст. м. Белорусская общей площадью 6225 кв.м., продано в качестве действующего бизнеса.
Ленд-девелопмент земельного участка площадью 0,46 Га, расположенного по адресу: г. Москва, 1-й Земельный переулок, д. 7/2 около ст. м. ул. 1905 года, для размещения бизнес-центра класса «А», общей площадью 39 320 кв.м. После проведения работ по девелопменту объект был успешно продан.
Приобретение проекта для строительства частной резиденции, ст. м. Охотный Ряд. Окончание проекта - 2020 год.
